At Paw Threads, every item is custom-made and embroidered specifically for you.
Production Time:
All orders require 3–5 business days for production before shipping.
This allows us to carefully digitize your design and complete high-quality embroidery.
Please note: Production time does not include shipping time.

5–8 business days after production is completed.

8–14 business days
(3–5 business days production + 5–8 business days shipping)
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, weather conditions, or high-volume periods.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.
INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
Paw Threads is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at:
Address changes cannot be guaranteed once production has begun or the order has shipped.
LOST, STOLEN, OR DELAYED PACKAGES
Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Paw Threads is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend:
• Checking with household members or neighbors
• Contacting your local post office
• Filing a claim with the carrier

At this time, we only ship within Canada and the United States.
